TRT Blood Test 1 – Initial Testosterone Test

At-Home Testosterone Blood Test - What To Expect from your Urban TRT Online Clinic Testing Kit
Concerned about your testosterone levels? Start with an initial at-home blood test, usually carried out using a simple finger prick (capillary test).
This test measures:
- Total testosterone
- Free testosterone
- SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin)
- Albumin
These biomarkers help determine if a testosterone imbalance is affecting your health and wellbeing.
How It Works
After completing your order and payment online, our partner laboratory will send you a testing kit. Follow the instructions included with this carefully, to ensure accurate results.
Post the test kit back as directed. Your results will be returned to Urban TRT and we will send you these via email, usually within 3 days of receipt.
If you prefer not to carry out a finger prick test at home, an option exists to carry out to arrange venous draw at one of our partner clinics. This will be at additional cost. See our prices page for more information.
We will review the outcome with you and recommend the next steps. If low testosterone is detected, a follow-up blood test (TRT Blood Test 2) will be required to confirm this.
