Through our online service, you can easily book consultations and receive expert guidance from the comfort of your home. Follow our step-by-step guide to regain your energy, strength, and well-being with professional, doctor-led testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
1) Take Our Online Testosterone Test
If you're worried you may have low testosterone levels, start by taking our free online testosterone level assessment.
The ADAM questionnaire is internationally recognised as the first step to diagnosing low testosterone in men. It consists of 10 simple questions which screen for common symptoms of low testosterone, such as lack of energy, loss of libido, reduced strength and emotional problems.
It will help you understand your symptoms and it is a quick and easy way for you to decide if you should get a follow-up blood test to confirm low testosterone. It can also be used as guide for further discussions with your Urban TRT doctor, should your blood tests confirm the result.

2) Order An At-Home Blood Test
Alternatively, you can go ahead and order a home blood test kit. This will give an indication of whether you may have low testosterone levels. Other, more detailed blood tests are also available including the enhanced full health blood test.
Our initial hormone test checks for both total testosterone and free testosterone to give a complete picture of your testosterone health. This test checks the levels of:
- Total Testosterone
- Free Testosterone
- SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin)
- Albumin
3) TRT Blood Test 2 - Full Male Hormone Screening
Once you have completed the online ADAM Test and had an initial blood test, our endocrinology specialists will review your results before giving you an initial clinical diagnosis. This will help you determine whether TRT is the right treatment for you. If you are a suitable candidate, you will enter the pre-consultation phase of your journey.
At this point we will provide a link for a full blood screening, allowing our specialists to gather the necessary information to create a personalised treatment plan.
Your second blood test will be a more detailed male hormone test, conducted via a venous draw. UK guidelines stipulate that 2 tests are required to confirm a diagnosis of low testosterone.
We will guide you on how to arrange this second test. Our partner laboratory network—comprising nurses, phlebotomists, and healthcare professionals—provides fast and efficient sample collection and analysis across the UK.

4) Consultation With A Qualified Doctor
Once we receive your results, you can book a consultation with one of our doctors. At Urban TRT, our doctors specialise in male hormones and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), providing expert guidance through online consultations. (Please note: you must provide valid photo ID before booking your consultation.)
During the consultation, your doctor will assess your case, explain your options, and recommend the most suitable treatment plan.
5) Medication Prescribed and Delivered
Our UK-qualified doctors offer expert testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) prescriptions through our convenient online service. After a detailed consultation, we will prescribe tailored TRT medication. It will be delivered discreetly to your door by post for full privacy and easy access.
With professional guidance and ongoing support, Urban TRT makes optimising your health simple, safe, and confidential.

6) Follow Up Consultations and Blood Tests
Regular blood tests are essential to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment as necessary. This ensures your TRT works at the best level for your individual needs.
Some people notice changes immediately after starting treatment. However, it can take a few months to fine-tune your treatment plan. It's important to stay patient. Your Urban TRT doctors will support you at every stage. Together, we will help you regain strength, vitality, and enjoyment of life.
